Our family dog goes here, they are very caring with the animals. Last week Monday I brought my 12 year old cat there, just thought it was a tooth issue......but it was cancer under her tongue and it was too far spread, so I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put her to sleep. Dr. Brad was great and very sympathetic. I highly recommend The Animal House.

We board our dog here. The team here is great. They welcome her by name with smiles which calms her anxiety. At the end of her stay she always receives a report card letting us know how she did during her time there. I appreciate they take the time to hand write a report. The staff is professional and always addresses any concerns I might have. Animal House is always clean. You can feel good leaving your “best friend “ here.

Jessica is an incredible vet and has been amazing to my chihuahua and my family as he nears the rainbow bridge. They squeezed me in for a "quality of life" visit and she correctly diagnosed my chihuahua with a stroke instead of a previously thought back injury. I am thankful for her care and support. You can tell she truly loves her career and is in it for the right reasons... she loves loves loves animals.

I am not one to write reviews but I am so concerned about the values of this vet. My dog had an upset stomach and they took a poop sample and diagnosed him with “having a sensitive stomach” they also prescribed him antibiotics. After he got off the antibiotics my dog got so much worse, so I called and they took another poop sample and prescribed more antibiotics. This has now happened three times, (yes I paid for poop samples three times, and they didn’t send it in to advanced lab until the 3rd sample) and without giving him a diagnosis or seeing him in person, they keep prescribing him more antibiotics, making his condition so much worse. When I asked them if I should take him to the animal hospital I got the answer “it’s really hard to say”. With no additional follow up. I am not one to write reviews, however, this has been a learning experience for me. I treat my dog like my own family and obviously this vet has other values. It’s more about getting the dog out of the door rather then getting them better.

Absolutely horrible place to take your dog. Never was I able to go in the room with my dog and doctor. I was told to wait in the waiting room. They then came out and gave me updates in front of other people. There was no privacy. I had them check something on my pups ears and they told me it was a cyst and would go away on its own. Fast forward 6 months and it was still there. I took her into a different vet. They did a scrapping of the site to find out my pup has cancer. This could have been caught 6 months earlier at the animal house when I had them look at it. But they do the bare minimum there and what they do is piss poor job. I will never be going back to the animal house and I will never recommend them to friends or family

Worst vet clinic I have ever dealt with. Our dog had surgery there last December 23rd. We were told before she went into surgery she would need to stay there until the following day for observation. After surgery, they called us and told us she could be picked up in about 4 hours. I reminded them they told us she needed to stay. They basically wanted her to go because the following day was Christmas Eve. I told them we had 3 other dogs, my husband was extremely sick and I had to work that night and with them having told us she would have to stay we did not make other plans for her. I told them they would need to keep her especially since we had just spent $1600 on surgery and their original plan was to keep her. I was not going to chance her coming home and something going wrong and having to then pay an emergency vet bill. They tried arguing but in the end, could not due to their own original plan. When we picked her up they said she had dissolvable stitches and that was supposed to be the end of it. It was not though. About 2 weeks later my son was petting her and felt something hard on her stomach and then looked and saw staples. They NEVER said anything about staples nor scheduled another appointment to have them removed! I immediately called the office to have them tell me it was in her discharge instructions, which it was not. I brought her in immediately to have them removed. We will not be back. Also learned recently how absolutely horrible they are to the dogs in the daycare. They sit for over 12 hours at night without being brought out quite often. They are dragged by the leashes if they are not listening to the workers the way they want them to. In general they are not treated the way you would want your dog treated.

Took my dog in to get his ear checked and was told it would heal on its own, but recommended surgery for cosmetic reasons. I asked if the hematoma could be lanced and drained while it was small, but they said no. It ended up getting much worse, and while on the phone with them, they told me to bring him in so they could lance it. They then called later that day and told me he needed surgery. I used some forbidon words to express my anger and was then banned for life (as if I'd ever go back again).
